Shipping & Delivery Policies –
tiny n moms ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 48* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products will be shipped through third party and may take upto 1 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which tiny n moms is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as frowger.com continuously tries to naught such instances. Also, tiny n moms reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Unboxing Requirement (Mandatory)
To ensure a smooth claims process:
Customers must record a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened. This video is mandatory for claims related to damage, missing parts, or incorrect items. No replacement or refund will be approved without proper video evidence.
2. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
If the package appears damaged or tampered, do not accept the delivery. Immediately contact our support team with your Order ID and supporting evidence.
3. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be:
Unused
In original condition
With original packaging and invoice
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued after verification.
4. Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
Raise a return request via the Support Page.
Share product photos and unboxing video.
After verification, an RMA number will be provided.
Pack the product securely (do not write on the product box).
Ship the item back to us.
5. Return Shipping & Charges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping cost will be reimbursed after verification of the issue.
If ₹50 was charged at dispatch, ₹100 will be reimbursed upon successful claim validation.
6. Defective / Incorrect Product
If the product is:
Damaged
Non-functional
Incorrect item received
Then:
Report within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear unboxing video and product images.
After verification, we will provide:
Replacement, or Store Credit
7. Important Notes
Minor cosmetic marks do not qualify as defects.
Claims without proper proof may be rejected.
All decisions are subject to internal quality verification.
